Can´t download new Version of Sync Client (7.0.6)

Hello, one question:

Is the download link of the Desktop Sync Client for Windows 7.0.6 broken?
Only get a xml-file by clicking.

Also doesn’t work from another DSL line, Hetzner Cloud Server and another Virtual Server in Germany.

We have changed the URL for download link. The new one should work.
