Cannot install Desktop Syncing Clients on Windows 10 LTSC 2019

Hi everyone, I am trying to build my Seafile Server on my TrueNAS’ Jail.

After I finished the installation of server, I try to set up the client on my Windows 10 LTSC PC. I successfully installed the SeaDrive 2.0 using the seadrive-2.0.17-en.msi but I cannot install the Seafile Client using the seafile-8.0.4-en.msi or seafile-7.0.10-en.msi.

Both the Seafile Client installers show this error.

What is the problem?

I have the same problem on all Windows 10 and 11. While the solution is to use version 8.0.3
