Cannot start Seahub on Ubuntu

Ubuntu0-20.04

Seafile Version

7.0.9 (latest)

Works:

I am able to start seafile with the following command:

$ ./seafile.sh start

Outputs:

[02/02/21 11:05:05] ../common/session.c(148): using config file /opt/seafile/conf/ccnet.conf
Starting seafile server, please wait ...
** Message: seafile-controller.c(563): No seafevents.

Seafile server started

Done.

Issue:

However, when I run this command:

$ ./seahub.sh start

I get the following error:

LC_ALL is not set in ENV, set to en_US.UTF-8
Starting seahub at port 8000 ...

Error happened during creating seafile admin.

!!!

Error:Seahub failed to start.
Please try to run "./seahub.sh start" again
