Cannot update MS Office Files

Hello,
I’m facing a problem with specific computers and I dont know whats happening…
by now, they are not able to update any MS Office drive on seadrive.
they can create the file, they can open it, it doesnt open it in readonly…
but when trying to saved, it occurs an access violation , it creates a temporary with another name and you’re forced to save the file under another name.

the Server is under Ubuntu, this client is under Windows 10, Office2016, and I tried to disable everything with windows defender. no antivirus.
It occurs only with 2 computers and occurs whatever the account used…

does anyone has clues about what may happen ?

i also have to mentioned than on classic windows shares all is fine, and also locally it’s working fine

I don’t speak Chinese too. But on the bottom is link to another issues which saying where is problem. But this issue is not on SeaDrive project but on Dokany project. This project is used by SeaDrive to “emulate” filesystem (Disk S:/) And Is not developed by seafilu developers. So this fix waiting for 3rd party SW fix

updating this a little late, but latest version of seadrive client solved this problem. (no mandatory server upgrade btw)
probably because of dokhany upgrade :wink:
