Conflicts when syncing with other Operating System

Hello,

I have an computer with dual boot (Windows 7 and Linux Fedora 25). They both can access the same secondary HDD.

Now I synced some folders an the secondary HDD with my server while being on Windows.
When I now start the syncing with the same folder on Fedora, a conflict for every single file will appear.

The files are not changed between switching the OS, because they are the same files on the same place.

Can this problem be resolved anyhow?

Thank you!
Jack

If I remember correctly, it may be related to mounting NTFS in Linux. The files will have an added “x” permission.
