Correct error in seafile client Umlaute Domain

Yeah, I think this one exists for a long time.

Still sync problems by using an IDN

I am having some problems with syncing, when using an umlaut in my domain name. … My domain name for example is seafile.testü.de Then I set the domain name to seafile.xn--test-3ra.de, the client connects to my server and I can see all my libraries but can not sync any. In the seafile.log I can see the following error: c(538): libcurl failed to GET https://seafile.testü.de/seafhttp/protocol-version: Couldn't resolve host name. Although I typed in the domain name in encoded form, the client seems to decode it back to seafile.testü.de. In clone.db I have to change the value of the server_addr field in the CloneTasks table and the value of more_info in the CloneTasksMoreInfo table each from seafile.testü.de back to the encoded form seafile.xn--test-3ra.de to get it work. All time I add a new library I have to repeat that.
