Disaster recovery - importing seafile-data

I have a crashed installation of seafile where we lost the mysql databases.
So all files are still there including ./haiwen/seafile-data/* which should include all libraries.

So how can i import those data in a fresh installation?

You can use seaf-fsck to export all the files to file system: Seafile FSCK - Seafile Admin Manual

Worked like a charme.

Is there a way to go where we don’t need to copy all those old files to the active seafile-data directory?

You need to upload the files again to the new Seafile deployment.
