Downloading libraries on a new mac. Stuck at 50% but there is still network activity

I am setting up a new user on a MBP running 10.11.6. latest version of sea file on the laptop.

One of our libraries has downloaded 50% and has stopped progressing. Current download speed in the client is showing @ 10MB/s

the download is just not progressing, even after leaving it for 20 minutes. (took only 10 mins to get to 50%)

not had this happen before and its happening to two important libraries I need to sync. (only displaying 1 library in these logs and I’m trying to do them one at a time)

update to this:

I resolved the problem by uninstalling / reinstalling Seafile.

dont know what the problem was that caused it but it seems to be downloading past 50% for now.

I will update this if the other libraries are causing issues still
