Is this expected behavior? I chose the same library to place camera uploads and expected the app to do a comparison to see which files may be missing from the folder. Instead it began just reuploading all of my files and appending them with a (1) at the end into the exact same folder.
I had exactly the same thing with my android mobile. When you re-select the same folder, the app sends all the photos the first time.
It can create duplicates, it’s not a problem in itself
Plex just fixed this issue by having the app itself keep track of what it uploaded. So you can actually delete a photo server side and the app won’t re upload the picture, because it knows it already uploaded it.
