It’s a stupid question but I want make it clear. Are you sure that you have installed PRO version, don’t mean you purchase it, I’m asking about version exactly installed on your server. I have CE and have same error after try it(this is only PRO feature).

Yes, I have a PRO version for 3 people and earlier this function worked, but after a new installation on a new server, this error arose. The rest of the PRO functions work.

You can get pro edition free for 3 users by register an account in our customer center. Note, you don’t need a license file to run the pro edition for 3 users.
