ERROR: In file './docker-compose.yml', the service name True must be a quoted string, i.e. 'True'

I am getting a strange error in my docker-compose.yml file. I am trying create a instance of “Seafile”.

Below is the docker-compose.yml file

I tested your .yml on my system and couldn’t reproduce the error.
I am using a Ubuntu 18.04.2 my Docker Compose version is 1.17.1

What I noticed is that your .yml file contains an invalid time zone.

Which operating system do you use and which docker version is installed?

I believe this is the problem. I tested on another machine too and could not reproduce this same error.

I use CentOS 7.

How do I set the timezone to “UTC -3”?
