Hey,
i have activated FORCE_PASSWORD_CHANGE, but the user does not have to change password at first login.
Only if i press the password reset button additionally after creating the user, it works
But i found this in the manual for force password change
Force user to change password when admin add/reset a user.
So this is probably a bug?
