Hosting with prices comparable to Hetzner NextCloud

I’m considering Seafile and NextCloud for a new personal cloud and one area where Next is the clear winner is hosting provider prices. On Hetzner, NextCloud is 500 GB for €4.90 / month. The best I can find for the same amount of storage on Seafile is €25 (a Hetzner cloud server).

Does anyone know if there’s a way to get 500 GB Seafile hosting for under €10?
