I can´t upload files - unknow error

Hi:

I installed seafile on Windows server 2012, I can upload files locally, but if I try upload files from other host I get an “unknow error”.

This is the error log:

WindowsError: [Error 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process: ‘C:\seafile-server\seahub_cache\ceec40422771f78d283f254429d1d993.djcache’

Also…

WindowsError: [Error 5] Access denied: ‘C:\seafile-server\seahub_cache\ceec40422771f78d283f254429d1d993.djcache’

I do not use nginx.

Can someone help me?
