Impossible syncing a new file as invited user?

Hello,

Our customer experienced a major issue:

User A syncs a folder with files in it
User A is sharing the folder with user B

User B downloads the synced folder locally
User B inserts a new file in this folder

Bug: Seafile does NOT sync the new file, nor does user A see the file in the folder.

The described situation is one that works on thousands of machines. There must be something wrong with user B’s computer/sync client.

Please check the sync status of said folder in the sync client. What icon does it show?

Additionally, what’s the log output? You can post that here.
