Is Seadoc, and the possibility to read/modify docx or xls, available on Seafile CE?

I want to try and mount my own seafile at home, with CE. I want to know if it’s possible to read/see files export from Excel, Word, …

In CE, you can read/edit Excel Word and Powerpoint files if you install an office online suite like collabora or only office, and configure seafile to use it.
But I didn’t think Seadoc can do this, it’s something else (didn’t try it).

Given the integration with OnlyOffice and Collabora, what is/are the use cases for Seadoc? I’m not sure I get its utility. -Thanks
