LDAP user is frozen

I have about 30 LDAP users and I have the following option disabled in setup.


Freeze user account when failed login attempts exceed limit.

For some reason one user cannot login because his account is frozen. There doesn’t seem to be any way to unfreeze an account? How can I reset this account?

When a user account gets frozen, the user’s status is set to inactive (see screenshot below).

Just toggle the status back to active and the user can log in again.

There is no toggle for LDAP accounts. This user is also not in the LDAP(Imported) list of users. It is listed in LDAP.
