Migrating Seafile 6 to 11 on new server Debian 12

I have been there too, this helped me:

Upgrade from 5.1.4 to 10.0.1

Adding path to the python executable to the environment did the trick:

PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3 ./upgrade_5.1_6.0.sh

All upgrade scripts ran without errors.
