No activity statistics graph in admin screen

  • Server: Professional Edition v. 7.1.6
  • Client: SeaDrive v. 2.0.13
  • Platform: Mostly Windows, but also Mac and Linux

Situation: Accessing the server logs in the web admin section we discovered that starting from a date (about two months ago) the file operation is always zero. The other statistics are correctly populated, and the graphs started of course to exist since the upgrade to the Pro Edition.

Question: What could be the cause for this?

Can you try to upgrade to 7.1.15 version first. There may be a relevant bug fix.

upgrade is scheduled for tomorrow. However, after a server reboot the statistics are back…

This could be related to a bug in older versions. Restart can usually fix the issue.
