hi
did you use this command ?

pip install django-smtp-ssl

Yes, doesn’t help.

here is the configuration file that I use and that works .

EMAIL_USE_TLS = True
EMAIL_BACKEND = 'django_smtp_ssl.SSLEmailBackend'
EMAIL_HOST = 'ssl0.ovh.net'
EMAIL_HOST_USER = 'XXXXX@XXXXXX.XX'
EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD = 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'
EMAIL_PORT = 465
DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL = EMAIL_HOST_USER
SERVER_EMAIL = EMAIL_HOST_USER
REPLACE_FROM_EMAIL = True
ADD_REPLY_TO_HEADER = True

add this line
EMAIL_BACKEND = 'django_smtp_ssl.SSLEmailBackend'
