it complains in notification-server.log with:
No database section in ccnet.conf.
the manual does not say anything about database configuratoin changes in the section of the notification server
are there any setup restrictions regarding notification server?
Notification server must be used with MySQL/MariaDB database

So it seems I have to move my SQ-Lite based seafile server to MariaDB finally 
I remeber that I have already tried at version 8, but ran into some troubles.
Are the conversion scripts in the manual up to date for migrating seafile version 10 from sqlite to mariadb?

I do not see this restriction mentioned in the announcement, the upgrade notes or the manual at the moment
