Would there be any interest of porting newer versions of seafile to FreeBSD?
The latest current port available is version 11.0 and there is no port maintainer for it. FreshPorts – net-mgmt/seafile-server: Open Source Cloud Storage (Server)
I am interested, but unsure how I can help, except with testing of stuff builds and works on my boxes. But testing I can do.
PS: The former maintainer said he had run into problems porting the latest release. Maybe contact him and ask what (if any) stuff he had already done. With a bit of luck some work had already been done and he might still have it.
