Previews for share links

Various websites support metadata which allows other websites to show previews when those sites are linked. Twitter, Discord, and Discourse all support showing previews, and a large number of websites support the metadata required for the previews.

Open Graph is the common format, and there are proprietary extensions.

For example, if I link to the Seafile GitHub, Discourse renders it like this:

If you inspect element on that page, you’ll find this metadata:

<title>haiwen/seafile: High performance file syncing and sharing, with also Markdown WYSIWYG editing, Wiki, file label and other knowledge management features.</title>
<meta name="description" content="High performance file syncing and sharing, with also Markdown WYSIWYG editing, Wiki, file label and other knowledge management features. - haiwen/seafile">
<link rel="fluid-icon" href="https://github.com/fluidicon.png" title="GitHub">
<meta property="fb:app_id" content="1401488693436528">

<meta property="og:image" content="https://avatars2.githubusercontent.com/u/1948782?s=400&amp;v=4">
<meta property="og:site_name" content="GitHub">
<meta property="og:type" content="object">
<meta property="og:title" content="haiwen/seafile">
<meta property="og:url" content="https://github.com/haiwen/seafile">
<meta property="og:description" content="High performance file syncing and sharing, with also Markdown WYSIWYG editing, Wiki, file label and other knowledge management features. - haiwen/seafile">

It would be nice if Seafile had metadata like this, so share links I send to people will have previews. For example, if I share a link to an image, it would be nice if it showed a preview with the filename and a thumbnail of the image.
