Problem with user authorization via web

Hi,
I recently upgraded my seafile server to 6.3.4. Before upgrade everyting worked smoothly . After upgrade i lost possibility to login via web panel using username and password. Most of my users use oauth as authentication method and they can log in and upload files without problem but some of them still use classic username/password and they canntot login even if i change their password manualy.

I checked my db and regular users have their db password encrypted like that (ccnet database, EmailUser table) : PBKDF2SHA256$10000$4485e4c8830bafca94cd7885b726c9c… and oauth users have only one string - !.
