Real time backup & sync status

Hello,

First question:
We have 17 libraries. However the real time backup server shows only 8:
[seafile@fx seafile-server-latest]$ ./seaf-backup-cmd.sh status
Total number of libraries: 8
Number of synchronized libraries: 8
Number of libraries waiting for sync: 0
Number of libraries syncing: 0
Number of libraries failed to sync: 0

List of syncing libraries:

List of libraries failed to sync:

After I performed “./seaf-backup-cmd.sh sync” for every library it showed the 17 libraries:
[seafile@fx seafile-server-latest]$ ./seaf-backup-cmd.sh status
Total number of libraries: 17
Number of synchronized libraries: 17
Number of libraries waiting for sync: 0
Number of libraries syncing: 0
Number of libraries failed to sync: 0

List of syncing libraries:

List of libraries failed to sync:

Is this normal behavior?

Second question

What does the master server do when it shows “[02/21/2018 09:09:44 PM] http-tx-mgr.c(724): libcurl failed to POST *: Couldn’t connect to server.”

Would it sync all the data it could not send the previous times the next time it can connect to the backup server or not?
