Recurrent problem with Visio Files


since we switched to Seafile, we keep on having recurrent troubles with visio Files. When someone tries to reopen a visio file it is considered damaged…
though, I’ve got a method to repair them…renaming them as zip, extracting the content and rezipping. then renaming to .vsdx.
but it’s annoying.
has anyone faced this problem or any clue ? How to solve this ?

server is latest version on ubuntu, upgraded last week… but it was already happening before, just I was long to query help here :smiley:


Ok, do you have Logs from Server and Client for us if you reproduce this Problem?
