Seadrive and BSD?

I plan on setting up BSD (Probably FreeBSD) on an older laptop. I have Seafile Server running on Centos 8, and another laptop (Debian Buster) running the Seafile and Seadrive GUI clients.

The Seafile client appears to be available for BSD, but what about Seadrive? I use it for music and video streaming, and really like it. But, If it would be a deal-breaker if it doesn’t run under BSD!

SeaDrive is closed source and personally, I don’t think it’ll ever appear for BSD unless it’ll be open sourced and someone from the community makes it working.

There also seems to be very low demand with roughly one BSD related question (regarding Seafile) per year in this forum.
