SeaDrive unable to open files

Hello,

SeaDrive is acting strange after loading on Windows 10. SeaClient is also running.

However I can access all the files via the website.

Any idea why in the first minutes I can access some the files and then it shows me error 403? I must also note that I can keep accessing the files with a green seafile bullet but whenever I try to open a file without that bullet it will display an oragen seafile bullet and afterwards tell me that the file is corrupt.

unable to open files

Do you mean some files can be opened while some can’t, or you can’t open any file at all?

Also can what is the version of your server?

Indeed, some files can be opened whilst some can’t. I can identify the files that can be opened via (green bullet). If it is not present I cannot open it (it will show an orange bullet and Word, Excel, etc. will tell me the file is corrupt.

Server = 6.0.5

Have you run fsck to repair the library on the server? Right now 403 permission denied is returned if some corruption is repaired on the server for a library.

You can try to logout the account in your SeaDrive client then re-login. (You don’t need to clear the cached files).

Yes that was the case. Login out and in again solved the issue.
