in Web Api 2.1 is function server-info. There is item features. Can you list there TFA? I want to show/hide TFA code input if server support it.

You’ll need to request information by user, since 2fa is not mandatory.
Yes, IT is. You have to enable it in admin settings for let users use it.
Yes, but is user dependent, 2fa can be enabled, but a user might not have necessarily set it up. You might want to look into this.
