Seafile with Docker on Windows Server 2016

I saw an old posting from 2016 that says Seafile only works with Windows 10 as Windows Server 2016 doesn’t support containers but doing some research it appears to me (I am new to Seafile and Docker so pardon any errors here!) that Docker containers are now supported in Windows Server 2016 based on https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2016/10/26/step-by-step-setup-docker-on-your-windows-2016-server/ and https://store.docker.com/editions/enterprise/docker-ee-server-windows?tab=description

Am I correct in assuming I can install Seafile on Windows Server 2016 with Docker or are we stuck with Windows 10?
Thanks for the clarification!

The Windows server need to support linux container. It seems Windows Server Insider Build support it now according to https://blog.docker.com/2017/09/preview-linux-containers-on-windows/
