During initial setup, SeaFile starts fine. Can’t start SeaHub on ANY port. Error:Seahub failed to start.
It asks me to try again but fails every time. No firewall rules either.

As in previous post you are missing some python 3 staff. Just go to server manual and check the section on upgrading to 7.1.x. There it tells you which python extras you need to install (like “captcha”). As of 7.1. python 2 is not anymore supported.
