Seahub not displaying graphics and Internal Server Error Nginx Raspbery Pi - resolved

I hope this helps someone. I spent better part of a day on this.
I did a new install on my Raspberry Pi with Stretch minimal image and installed server 6.2.3 with nginx 1.10.3

First I was getting an internal server error. I had to add a package that wasn’t listed in the manual. python-requests

So from the manual, I changed the install from

#on Debian/Ubuntu 14.04 server apt-get update apt-get install python2.7 libpython2.7 python-setuptools python-imaging python-ldap python-urllib3 sqlite3

to

apt-get update sudo apt-get -y install python2.7 libpython2.7 python-setuptools python-imaging python-ldap python-urllib3 python-requests sqlite3

That resolved the Internal Server Error. But then images and graphics was not displaying. After reading many forms and fixes that didnt help. I finially seen this.

In the manual for nginx config (seafile.conf) it has

server { listen 80; server_name seafile.example.com;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;

location / {
     proxy_pass         http://127.0.0.1:8000;
     proxy_set_header   Host $host;
     proxy_set_header   X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
     proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
     proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-Host $server_name;
     proxy_read_timeout  1200s;

     # used for view/edit office file via Office Online Server
     client_max_body_size 0;

     access_log      /var/log/nginx/seahub.access.log;
     error_log       /var/log/nginx/seahub.error.log;
}

location /seafhttp {
    rewrite ^/seafhttp(.*)$ $1 break;
    proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8082;
    client_max_body_size 0;

    proxy_connect_timeout  36000s;
    proxy_read_timeout  36000s;
    proxy_send_timeout  36000s;

    send_timeout  36000s;
}
location /media {
    root /home/user/haiwen/seafile-server-latest/seahub;
}

}

I got it to work by changing (which isn’t necessary if you are using port 80)

proxy_set_header Host $host;

To

proxy_set_header Host $host:$server_port;

But then it looked like this

What I changed from the manual’s Nginx config was

location /seafmedia { root /home/user/haiwen/seafile-server-latest/seahub; }

And then it worked! I have saved a step by step for the RPi install if anyone is interested. Again, I hope this saves someone!
Cheers!
