Send files with Android device

Hello,

I have a problem that not see if my config f server or other ? I can’t upload files with Android application : it failed …

I use seafile 6.2.5. and last Android client version.

I not see errors. Only Failed …

Any help ?

What about downloads? Can you download something from the Seafile app? Also, what version of OS are you using and on what OS? Are you behind NGinx/Apache? Also, what version is what you are calling the “last Android client version”. There are different latest versions depending upon where you grabbed it from.

Hello

What about downloads? Can you download something from the Seafile app?
==> Yes in web version I can download but not in Android app

Also, what version of OS are you using and on what OS?
==> I using Ubuntu 16.04

Are you behind NGinx/Apache?
==> I am behind Apache

Also, what version is what you are calling the “last Android client version”.
==> I have the version : 2.2.1

Thanks

the latest version of the client is 2.2.3 and fixes the failed download

But in App store only have 2.2.1…

I download the verison 2.2.3 but now it say that I transfered but nothing in the server …

Also when I want to see a image existing nothing appear …

Last I checked, 2.2.3 had some bugs. 2.2.1 is the latest stable version.

So, you can’t upload or download with the Seafile app, correct? Can you try to do a download and upload, then post the server log files here.

Hello,

Exact.

I upload file to server with Android and got in seafile.log :

[04/28/2018 09:49:04 PM] size-sched.c(96): Repo size compute queue size is 0

And in seahub_django_request.log :

I remark that it not works in the web version…

Thanks

Your webserver configuration is wrong. Instead of sending requests to seafile-server you acutally send them to seahub.

and in where file is wrong ?

I use this : https://manual.seafile.com/deploy/https_with_apache.html

to configure the vhost

you are right ! I wrong config. I found the bug and now works.

But now I must use the 2.2.1 (in Google play) or the 2.2.3 ?

2.2.1 works fine with 6.2.5. Last I checked, 2.2.3 still had some bugs.

Okay that I must go back to version 2.2.1 ?

If buggy why the 2.2.3 is on GitHub to last release tag and not another ?

It could be helpful if you give a short description where there error actually was in case someone else runs into something similar.
