Server crashed, now "Error" displayed on libraries. What now?

FIXED! Cleared the cache. Answer found here:

My windows 7 server crashed but is up and running after a reboot. However, seafile server only shows “Error” on Mine, Shared, Org, Groups. Navigating the folder via Share Admin Folders seems to be ok.
The clients can not connect.
Here is the django error I noticed.
