Set limits of upload links

It would be nice if one could configure the day limits of the upload links like the download links. e.g.

UPLOAD_LINK_EXPIRE_DAYS_MIN
UPLOAD_LINK_EXPIRE_DAYS_MAX
UPLOAD_LINK_EXPIRE_DAYS_DEFAULT
