[solved] Broken webinterface after upgrade to Seafile Server Pro 6.0.2

I have upgraded my perfectly running seafile server pro v5.1.11 installation to v6.0.2. It worked fine so far, the server is running, but the webinterface is completely broken:

I couldn’t find any error in the seafile logs, but my browser inspector shows errors:

Edit: I have found a broken link. The folder custom below seahub-data/ was missing so that the link in /seafile-pro-server-6.0.2/seahub/media was broken.

Edit2: The login page gives me these error information in chrome:
http://www.pic-upload.de/view-32012853/Bildschirmfoto2016-10-30um13.04.12.jpg.html

I am pretty clueless at the moment.

Have you tried to force reload the page? It’s normally binded to hot key “shift + F5”.

Yes I did try it already. Meanwhile I have restarted apache and seafile several times and tried different browsers (safari/chrome). The files, which cause the “not found 404” error are at the right place.
Edit: In seahub_django_request.log I get these warnings:
2016-10-30 21:01:44,481 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,492 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /med/error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,494 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,591 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,591 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,674 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /media/assets/css/boot/error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:44,724 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /media/assets/scripts/lib/jquery.s/error_docs/forbidden.html 2016-10-30 21:01:45,083 [WARNING] django.request:170 get_response Not Found: /media/assets/scripts/lib/jque/error_docs/forbidden.html

Have you run the upgraded script with the right user? Can you check permission error?

Oh - I have run the the upgrade script as root :worried:
When I rerun it I get:

`[INFO] You are using MySQL
[INFO] updating seahub database...
[ERROR] Failed to execute sql: Duplicate column name "wiped_at"

Failed to upgrade your database`

Is there a way to fix this issue ?

You don’t need to run the script again.

Just change the folders/files permissions back by chown command.

Thank you so much for your patience Daniel, that was really a stupid mistake, shame on me.
