Solved upload problem where ISP blocks port 80

My issue is the ISP blocks port 80

My web server runs on port 2100
My Nginx which I configured with Seafile as per the manual would open when I went to mydomain:8000 however I couldn’t upload or download.

What I ended up doing was to have Nginx listen to port 2101 in the seafile.conf file the manual tells you to make.

I then wrote a corresponding rule to open / forward port 2101 to the server at my firewall.

Then my FILE_SERVER_ROOT became mydomain.com:2101/seafhttp

I can now access from the internet and upload and download files. Hurray. I had seen no discussion about port 80 getting blocked so I figured I’d write this in the hopes it helps someone else.
