SQLAlchemy error

I migrate from a Seattle Pro 6.2 to a new Seafile Pro 7.0.9 on centos.

Everything works fine but we have some slowness randomly, in the log I got this error every 3-4 hours…

Can anybody know what’s this mean? Look an error with sqlite but why?

Seafile Pro does not support SQLite.

Seafile run with MYSQL, its only the seafevents that run on a SQLite (don’t know why its a Seafile Pro Fresh install…)
