I am a user of the seacloud service, ran out of storage space, and upgraded my package. The upgrade seemed to apply immediately on the server-side but the client is still saying that disk quota is exceeded. I’ve tried restarting the client twice. It’s 2 hours later and still says disk quota exceeded on the libraries even though my new quota should provide way more headroom then i’ll ever need.
Didn’t know where else to ask.
UPDATE: I decided to delete a big file off of one of the libraries and resolved the immediate quota issue. Time will tell if it appears again.
