For anyone having trouble I updated the Windows readme in my branch/fork and submitted a pull request. I have things working on my end and wanted to share my learnings.

Also below is a link to my compose file (with sensitive information generalized/removed) should anyone want to use it as a base. I’ve added a few things such as health checks, auto restarts, and auto starts on docker launch.
