Two mails to admin on registration?

Hi,

I’ve tried the NOTIFY_ADMIN_AFTER_REGISTRATION today adding it to the seahub_settingy.py block:

### Registration
#### Enalbe or disalbe registration on web. Default is `False`.
ENABLE_SIGNUP = True
#### Activate or deactivate user when registration complete. Default is `True`. If set to `False`, new users need to be activated by admin in admin panel.
ACTIVATE_AFTER_REGISTRATION = False
#### Whether to send email when a system admin adding a new member (since version 6.2.4). Default is `True`.
SEND_EMAIL_ON_ADDING_SYSTEM_MEMBER = True
#### Whether to send email when a system admin resetting a user's password. Default is `True`.
SEND_EMAIL_ON_RESETTING_USER_PASSWD = True
# Send system admin notify email when user registration is complete. Default is `False`.
#NOTIFY_ADMIN_AFTER_REGISTRATION = False
NOTIFY_ADMIN_AFTER_REGISTRATION = True

Simulating a new user registration I get 2 mails:

  1. New account created on MyServerName
  2. New account need activated on MyServerName

Mail 2 is just as I expected but I think mail 1 should only appear when I manually add the user as Seafile admin, shouldn’t it?

PS: The explanation of the manual is a little bit confusing:

# Send system admin notify email when user registration is complete. Default is `False`.
NOTIFY_ADMIN_AFTER_REGISTRATION = True

What does "Default is False" mean here?
