Could you please provide any output that occured while the install or any log file?
Thanks.

I have stretch, but using jessie for seafile. It worked for a long time, but stopped a few days ago. Something with repo…

PS:
baralgin# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/seafile.list
deb h ttp://dl.bintray.com/seafile-org/deb jessie main

I think the issue is related to this Client Download - Forbidden!

The client package seems no longer host in the bintray. That’s probably why you get 404 or 403 error. The installation guide needs to be updated…

I think also its a server problem. None of the ways mentioned above help.

Can’t install either, same 403 issues using deb.seadrive.org.
Is there any way to get .debs somewhere ? I don’t want to install a PPA.
Thx !

Still broken… How do we install/update seafile now on Debian Stretch?

Apparently manually?
I would love to see some Ansible playbooks for every Seafile update. Those scripts can make sure that all requirements for each version are met.
Way more error prove than bash scripts.
