I want to renew a license but i’m not able to.
I received this error:
“Page unavailable
Sorry, but the requested page is unavailable due to a server hiccup.

what exactly did you do?
I clicked on “renew” and then “buy now”.
Hi @float, currently “renew” button on https://customer.seafile.com only support expand license users, which means you will need to enter the number of extra users and then click “buy now”.
If you want to expand the license expiration time, you can just buy a new license when your current license is expired.
