Again our client recieves the same error:
Internal data corrupt on the client. Please try to resync the library.
We did an error-check on the cloud side: no errors.
Client upgraded to latest version 7.0.6 but faces the same problem.
Since they are already online, the directory is over 70 GB and they cannot work now. So any answer/solution is HIGHLY appreciated!

As Seafile Professional customer one can contact Seafile Ltd. via email.
For an “urgent” issue very little information is provided. What have you tried? What is in the logs?

Hi,
Thank you for responding.
Our client uses the Seafile Client version for Windows
The error became present on 7.0.4. After an upgrade to 7.0.6. the problem still persists.
On our server we did a full errorcheck with seaf-fsck run. There were no errors.
Could it be some cache-issue?
Did you try to resync the library, as suggested? There is a menu point for exactly that when right clicking a library.
