I am using Seafile Server 6.0.7 on Ubuntu. I have some android clients connected to this server.
In the admin panel, the version number of the android apps still 2.1.5, although all of them are using 2.1.9.
The only way to get the correct version into the admin panel is to reconnect the app.
It would be nice if you could have a look on this issue, but it is not very dramatic.
Same issue using server 6.0.7 on Windows…
Are there any news on this topic?
Is this a problem from the server? Or rather a problem of the android app?
Currently I have server version 6.0.8 on ubuntu and android apps in version 2.1.9
The admin panel shows versions 2.1.5 and 2.1.7 of the mobile clients. Only a reconnect of an app leads to the correct version.
This problem is still there.
I have a seafile community server 6.1.0 running on ubuntu.
My android app is on the latest version (2.1.12), but the admin panel shows the old app versions.
If possible it would be the best if the app could connect to all servers after an upgrading reporting it’s version. This would make sure it’s always up to date.
This problem still occurs with Android app version 2.1.14 and server CE 6.1.1
Is there a plan to fix this soon?
BR and thanks for your great work
This issue still exists, I use server CE 6.1.2 on Ubuntu and android app 2.1.15
Could you please address this bug for the next release?
Thanks and BR
Will you address this bug in one of the next releases?
I use Server 6.2.2 and android app 2.1.17 --> problem still there.
