I manage a Lubuntu server remotely. It provides a repository of software installers for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android machines. This is primarily for software useful to people working in language development around the world, often in minority languages. These people often work in villages where internet is expensive, unreliable or non-existent, so when they are in town they connect to our server and run a script to update the repositories on their own machines. Then in the village, if they need the latest version of something, they have it already.
We used to use bittorrent sync for their updates while in town, but it is no longer free, so I would like to use the Community version of SeaFile. See the Website field below.
