Please stick to the facts:
a.) You did not contact Seafile, but datamate. We are an independent contractor.
b.) You forgot mentioning the diverse emails that we exchanged in which I provided individual support free of charge (and within hours).
c.) The installation I offered is our standard offer as advertised on our website which is an entire service package.
Finally, let me add this: You realize that the forum is for people to seek help. You could have done that. But you decide that your first post in the Forum is a rant.
