Best way to backup docker CE server hosted in the cloud

Hi, I have a small personal server in the cloud where I run ce seafile server via docker and I would like to know how to backup my data. I know nextcloud can do backups via webdav or even rsync but not sure about seafile.

I would like to backup my data to my local NAS.

Why don’t you read the documentation about the backup at first place?

If you do not mind the history and are just interested in the data, then any seafile client (not the seadrive ones) is a backup?
