Bug in iOS App 3.0.3 - Encoding issue editing .txt Files

Since i upgraded to new Seafile App Version 3.0.3 in iOS i got the following encoding error when i want to edit newly created .txt files.

If i want to edit longer existing .txt files i got no error. The issue seems to affect only new created .txt files with this app version.

How to reproduce the error:

In version 3.0.3 of the iOS app, we updated the document encoding detection logic to support a wider range of encoding formats. However, we discovered a bug where files with very little text content might not be correctly recognized. This issue has already been fixed and the update will be included in a new version to be released later this week.
