Bulk Transfer Library from 1 User to another

Hi

One of the users has left the company & i want to transfer all user’s libraries to another user.

currently i can only do it on sysadmin but 1 folder/library at a time. is there a way to

  1. sort/filter libraries owned by user1?
  2. transfer all libraries from user1 to user2?

Currently on Seafile C.E 6.3.4
